Jesse has joined our staff as an experienced collegiate volleyball coach and recruiting coordinator with a diverse background in both coaching and player development. She brings 5 years of collegiate coaching experience and 3 as a Recruiting Coordinator at the Division 1 level. She played college volleyball at Auburn University and Xavier University. In addition to her successful playing career, Earl has an extensive coaching background. She has worked with top teams at Munciana Volleyball Club, both as an assistant coach and head coach. She has also coached summer volleyball camps for 8+ years, working with players of all ages. As a recruiting coordinator, Earl brings a wealth of experience, having played at the highest collegiate level and coached at various stages of development. Her understanding of the game, combined with her leadership skills and dedication to fostering talent, makes her a valuable asset in helping athletes navigate their college volleyball journey.
