Justin brings an impressive 12-year collegiate coaching background, having held both head and assistant coaching positions at Division I, Division III, and NAIA institutions. This diverse experience has made him an expert in volleyball recruiting. For the past ten years, he has focused on the role of college recruiting coordinator, developing a keen understanding of the dynamic landscape of college recruitment. In 2020, he helped Belmont University secure its first Top-50 recruiting class, all while achieving a 100% commitment rate as the recruiting coordinator for Tennessee Performance Volleyball. Justin’s passion for enhancing the recruiting experience inspires confidence in athletes as they embark on their own recruiting journeys! He started RPR as a way to make sure more athletes and families could be educated and have a helpful resource in navigating the college recruiting process. Over the last 3 years he has built RPR into a program that will answer all your questions and make sure you feel supported.
