What programs does Relentless Pursuit Recruiting offer?
RPR wants to be an asset for as many athletes around the country as we can be. With years of experience and growth every day, we are focused on meeting you and your club where you are at, and on what you need to give your athletes the best service possible. Most directors we work with state that the time savings has been a benefit to their program. They no longer need to answer every athlete/parent pop up question about recruiting and even field fewer complaints about playing time. This allows them to focus on volleyball/coach training to take their club to the next level.
All contracts are for a calendar year, which means your athletes will get these resources after the club season and into the fall, which will allow for more consistency.
Below are some of the programs we currently provide, but again we are willing to meet you where you are as a club. Please ask if there is something that YOU need that you do not see below:
● Club Recruiting Coordinator Contract: This contract allows for RPR to be the recruiting coordinator for any and all of your contracted club members that you believe will benefit from this resource. More information on what this program entails is to the right.
● Club Recruiting Education Contract: This contract allows for RPR to educate any and all of your contracted club members that you believe will benefit from this resource. More information on what this program entails can be found here.
Club Recruiting Coordinator
RPR focuses on an Individualized process and not as much a cookie cutter approach due to everyone’s recruiting process being different. We do our best to meet each athlete where their are in the recruiting process and assist/guide in the best way possible. However, the general guideline of what your athletes will receive is below:
● Recruiting Education & Consultation: RPR will provide recruiting education, mentorship, and strategic one-on-one consultation to your contracted club members & families.
● Virtual Recruiting Seminars: Your contracted club members will have access to monthly virtual recruiting seminars, as well as additional class-specific seminars (e.g., June 15th Prep, Signing Day Prep, etc.).
● Tournament Attendance: RPR will attend local and national tournaments in which your club competes, subject to the availability of the recruiting coordinator.
● Access to Resources: In addition to being featured on RPR’s website and social media pages, your contracted club members & families will have access to RPR’s members-only resource portal. This portal includes, but is not limited to, a private college needs list, email templates, recruiting seminar recordings, a private RPR recruiting guide, college volleyball match film links, and other resources.
● Advocacy: RPR will advocate for contracted club members with college coaches in compliance with applicable recruiting rules and regulations. While RPR Recruiting Coordinators maintain daily communication with college coaches, RPR is not obligated to initiate direct contact on behalf of each individual athlete.
Club Recruiting Education
If you feel as though you want your athletes to have a better understanding of the recruiting process from someone that spends 24/7/365 thinking about it and talking to college coaches, but do not think they need the hands on/one on one approach, this is the program for your club. As stated before we are always willing to customize programs to work the best for your club, but the general guidelines of what your athletes will receive is below:
● Virtual Recruiting Seminars: Your contracted club members will have access to monthly virtual recruiting seminars, as well as additional class-specific seminars (e.g., June 15th Prep, Signing Day Prep, etc.). These seminars go through the calendar year, so your athletes will benefit from them after the club season and into the fall.
● Access to Resources: Your contracted club members & families will have access to RPR’s members-only resource site.
