Relentless Pursuit Recruiting (RPR) is dedicated to helping athletes find their best fit athletically, academically, and CULTURALLY. Through our years of experience as collegiate coaches at many different levels, we have seen countless athletes transfer because they did not fit culturally with the team, staff, or school. At RPR, we take the time to truly get to know our athletes, which allows us to guide them to programs that align with them. Our team consists of multiple recruiting coordinators, a social media manager, and operations, ensuring a comprehensive and personalized experience for each athlete. We are 100% focused on recruiting and maintaining a thorough understanding of evolving rules and regulations. RPR prides itself on our experience, team-oriented approach, and amazing connections in the college world to allow our athletes to thrive.

about justin
Justin brings an impressive 12-year collegiate coaching background, having held both head and assistant coaching positions at Division I, Division III, and NAIA institutions. This diverse experience has made him an expert in volleyball recruiting. For the past ten years, he has focused on the role of college recruiting coordinator, developing a keen understanding of the dynamic landscape of college recruitment. In 2020, he helped Belmont University secure its first Top-50 recruiting class, all while achieving a 100% commitment rate as the recruiting coordinator for Tennessee Performance Volleyball. Justin’s passion for enhancing the recruiting experience inspires confidence in athletes as they embark on their own recruiting journeys!
Jesse earl

Jesse joins our staff as an experienced collegiate volleyball coach and recruiting coordinator with a diverse background in both coaching and player development. She brings 5 years of collegiate coaching experience and 3 as a recruiting coordinator at the Division 1 level. She played college volleyball at Auburn University and Xavier University. In addition to her successful playing career, Earl has an extensive coaching background. She has worked with top teams at Munciana Volleyball Club, both as an assistant and head coach. She has also coached summer volleyball camps for 8+ years, working with players of all ages. As a recruiting coordinator, Earl brings a wealth of experience, having played at the highest collegiate level and coached at various stages of development. Her understanding of the game, combined with her leadership skills and dedication to fostering talent, makes her a valuable asset in helping athletes navigate their college volleyball journey.
kelsi hobbs Quinn

about kelsi
Kelsi Hobbs Quinn is from Hoover, Alabama, and was a student-athlete at Samford University. At Samford, she studied and majored in Sports Administration and minored in Marketing while playing on the volleyball team. After graduating in 2020, she went on to play professional volleyball abroad. She has played in five different countries including the Czech Republic, Peru, and Luxembourg. During her time at home between seasons, she has coached at many different levels including collegiately at the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) and Belmont University; club volleyball at ABOVE volleyball club in Hoover, Alabama; and private lessons at G3 Volleyball Training.
